Slate Belt Regional Police Arrest Suspect in Domestic Dispute Case

PLAINFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA – On Monday, Slate Belt Regional Police arrested Dylan J. Weis in relation to a domestic dispute incident.

Weis was apprehended without incident and transported to Northampton County Prison. The incident in question occurred on Friday, December 15, at an apartment located at 922A Browntown Rd, Plainfield Township.

At 10:03 P.M. on the day of the incident, police officers were dispatched following a report of a domestic dispute.

Upon arrival, officers encountered a female victim with visible injuries around her neck. She identified Dylan J. Weis, her boyfriend, as responsible for the injuries sustained during the dispute. Weis reportedly made threats to harm the victim and had fled the scene prior to police arrival.

Following the incident, an arrest warrant was issued for Dylan J. Weis, who is currently lodged at Northampton County Prison. The Slate Belt Regional Police are handling the ongoing investigation.
