Philadelphia Police Investigate Homicide on North 15th Street

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is investigating the shooting death of a 21-year-old victim.

The incident occurred on Sunday, November 12th, 2023, around 3:02 am, inside an apartment at 2137 N. 15th Street.

The suspect, a male with a distinct tattoo on his left forearm and wearing specific clothing, remains unidentified.

The City of Philadelphia is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in this homicide.

The public is advised not to approach the suspect and to contact 911 immediately if seen. Tips can be submitted by calling 215.686.TIPS (8477) or texting to the same number.
