MARTIN COUNTY, FL – An intoxicated driver, Kenneth Allen Deering, 39, from Kingman, Arizona, caused an emergency train stop after crashing his truck onto train tracks in Jensen Beach.

Deering, who had left a local bar, was found driving southbound on the northbound railroad tracks.

He claimed a woman he met at the bar was responsible, despite witnesses stating he was alone in the vehicle.

Deering, with three prior DUI convictions in Missouri and South Carolina, now faces a felony charge for his fourth DUI.

He was arrested and taken to the Martin County jail.
