Teenager Fatally Shot in North Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA, PA – A teenage male, presently unidentified, was found deceased following a shooting in the Tioga neighborhood.

The incident took place along the 3400 block of Judson Street early Sunday morning.

The victim, an 18-year-old man, sustained fatal gunshot wounds to his chest and neck. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:22 a.m.

Evidence, including shell casings, was found scattered at the scene. The Philadelphia Police Department has not made any arrests, nor have they determined a motive for the shooting.

This investigation is ongoing.
