Forcible Touching Incident at Broadway-Lafayette Subway Station

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is investigating a forcible touching incident that occurred on Saturday.

A 26-year-old female was the victim of an assault at the Broadway-Lafayette subway station at approximately 10:25 pm.

An unknown male individual approached the victim and grabbed her buttocks before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as a 35-year-old male, 5’8” tall, weighing 150 pounds, with a dark complexion and slim build. He was wearing black sweatpants, a black sweater, and black sneakers.

No injuries were reported, and the victim declined medical attention. The NYPD requests the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
