Brick Township Police Investigating Hit and Run On Route 35

BRICK, NJ – The Brick Township Police Department is currently investigating a hit and run accident that occurred on Route 35 southbound near Used-to-Bes. The incident is believed to have taken place between 8:45 and 9:30 this morning.

Authorities are searching for a suspect vehicle described as a late 90’s model Ford pickup or Expedition. The vehicle is reported to have sustained damage, including a broken headlight on the front passenger’s side.

The police are appealing to anyone who was in the area during the time of the incident and may have witnessed the accident or noticed anything potentially related to contact them.
