Suspect Sought for Strangulation in York

YORK, PA – David Taylor, a 36-year-old resident of York, has been charged with felony strangulation, simple assault, and harassment.

The incident occurred on last Tuesday, at around 5:20 pm in the 4700 block of East Prospect Road.

The Lower Windsor Township Police Department led the investigation and subsequently obtained an arrest warrant for Taylor at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.

Taylor, known to frequent Lancaster and York Counties, is currently sought by the police.
