Teen Attacked and Robbed in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, NY – On Friday, January 12, a 13-year-old boy was assaulted and robbed by three unidentified individuals in Brooklyn. The attack occurred around 3:14 PM near 17 Street and 4 Avenue.

The assailants, two males and a female, struck the victim with belts and forcibly removed his sneakers. They then fled to the Prospect Avenue train station and boarded a northbound “R” train. The victim, who refused medical attention, reported the incident to the police.

The first assailant, a female with a dark complexion and red braids, wore a pink hooded sweatshirt, black jacket, black pants, and black sneakers. The second, a male with a dark complexion, was in a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark blue jacket, dark blue pants, and white sneakers. The third, a male with a dark complexion and short braids, wore a blue and black jacket, black Adidas track pants, and gray sneakers. The police are investigating and seeking information from witnesses.
