NYPD Seeks Suspect Who Attacked Elderly Man in the Bronx

NEW YORK – A robbery incident occurred on Friday at around 11:57 AM near 1856 Boston Road, involving a 68-year-old male victim. The victim was approached by three unidentified males, leading to a verbal dispute that escalated into a physical altercation.

During the confrontation, the assailants forcibly took the victim’s cellphone and wallet. The suspects then fled the scene in a white pickup truck, heading southbound on Boston Road. Their current whereabouts remain unknown.

The victim, who sustained minor injuries in the incident, received prompt medical attention. He was transported by Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to Saint Barnabas Hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.

The police are investigating the robbery and seeking information regarding the suspects.
