Armed Robbery at Springhill Lane Mini-Mart in Greenbelt

GREENBELT, Md. – The Greenbelt Police Department is actively investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Mini-Mart on Springhill Lane. The incident took place on January 19, 2024, at approximately 11:00 PM.

According to the police report, a male suspect, described as African American, brandished a gun during the robbery and subsequently fled with an undisclosed amount of money. The Greenbelt Police Department has issued a caution, advising the public that the suspect is considered armed and potentially dangerous.
