Baltimore Police Seek Help to Locate Missing 73-Year-Old with Dementia

BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore Police Department has issued an urgent appeal to the public for assistance in locating 73-year-old Robert Edward Hallsky, a vulnerable adult reported missing. Hallsky, who suffers from dementia, was last seen yesterday in the 600 block of Wolfe Street.

Robert Edward Hallsky is described as wearing a red sweatshirt, green coat, blue jeans, gray shoes, glasses, and hearing aids at the time of his disappearance.

The Baltimore Police are encouraging anyone who has seen Robert or has information regarding his whereabouts to dial 911 immediately. The community’s swift response and assistance are crucial in ensuring Robert’s safe and prompt return.
