Monmouth Police Announce Multiple Drug Arrests

MONMOUTH COUNTY, NJ – A series of drug-related arrests were made in Monmouth County between January 15 and last Sunday.

The arrests, conducted by local patrol officers, involved multiple individuals and various narcotics.

On January 15, Jessica Delich, 51, was apprehended for possessing cocaine, Xanax, and un-prescribed drugs.

William A. Mimish, 30, was arrested on January 17 for possession of crack cocaine and related charges. Both were processed with Mimish being sent to Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

Further arrests included Cameron J. Judge, 27, for possession of crack cocaine and heroin on January 18, Edwin J. Goodale Jr., 46, for driving under the influence on January 19, Andre A. Viola, 27, for a similar offense on January 20, and Robert C. Clugsten, 28, on January 21. These individuals were processed, with some released in accordance with John’s Law.
