Potbelly Sandwich Shop Robbed by Man Who Said He Had A Gun

GLEN BURNIE, MD – The Anne Arundel County Police Department responded to a commercial robbery at the Pot Belly Sandwich Shop, located at 7927 Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, on Thursday, at approximately 5:05 p.m.

A male suspect, described as a black male around 30 years old, went behind the counter and implied possession of a handgun.

He removed money from the cash register and fled in a dark-colored SUV. The suspect was wearing a multi-colored face mask, a black hooded sweatshirt, ripped jeans, and black shoes.

The Criminal Investigations Division is actively investigating the incident and asks anyone with information to contact them at 410-222-4720.
