Dorchester Man Arrested for Firearm Possession in Roxbury

ROXBURY, MA – On Thursday, at approximately 11:40 PM, officers from District B-2 (Roxbury) arrested Stephenson King, 37, from Dorchester, on charges related to firearm possession.

Officers responded to a call at 570 Dudley St, where they found King asleep on the building’s stairs, with a visible firearm under his sweatshirt.

Officers discreetly secured the 9mm Polymer 80 firearm, loaded with three rounds in the magazine and one in the chamber, before waking and arresting King.

The firearm’s magazine had a capacity for 17 rounds of ammunition.

King faces charges including Possession of a Firearm, Possession of a Large Capacity feeding device, and Possession of Ammunition, and will be arraigned at Roxbury District Court.
