Frederick, MD – The Frederick Police Department has issued an urgent appeal to the public for assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Divine Andre Mbu, aged 9. Described as approximately 3’11” tall and weighing between 65-70 pounds, Divine has brown eyes and black hair.
The police are deeply concerned for his wellbeing and are calling on anyone with information about Divine’s whereabouts to come forward.
