Robbery Suspect Arrested in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – In a recent operation, the Southeastern District of the Baltimore Police Department apprehended 28-year-old Tyree Ackwood on January 24th, around 2:50 p.m.

During the arrest, it was revealed that Ackwood had two outstanding warrants related to carjacking incidents in Baltimore County. Additionally, robbery detectives suspect Ackwood’s involvement in several commercial robberies within Southeast Baltimore.

Following his capture, Ackwood was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility. There, he was formally charged with armed robbery, two counts of robbery, among other charges. The investigation into his alleged criminal activities continues.
