Woman Groped Inside NYC Subway Station

NEW YORK CITY, NY – An incident of forcible touching has prompted the New York City Police Department to seek public assistance. The event occurred on Saturday, January 20, at approximately 9:38 PM.

A 28-year-old woman was walking from the Avenue M train station when an unknown male approached her from behind and inappropriately touched her over her clothing.

The suspect, described as a 30-year-old male with a light complexion, medium build, and wearing an orange ski mask, beige jacket, black pants, and black boots, fled the scene on foot towards Ocean Avenue. The victim did not sustain physical injuries.
