Police Investigating Report of Missing Woman

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PA – Allegheny County Police reported on the case of Taylor Mras, a 22-year-old woman from Morgantown, WV, who was reported missing on social media.

Although no official report was filed with county police or airport officials, officers initiated a search upon learning of the posts on Monday.

Surveillance footage from Pittsburgh International Airport showed a person matching Mras’ description being dropped off at the airport on Sunday, January 28, at 4:33 pm.

The footage revealed Mras boarding a flight, appearing to travel alone and without signs of distress.

The Allegheny County Police have determined that the Morgantown Police Department is leading the missing persons investigation and have shared all relevant information. The public is asked to contact the Morgantown Police Department with any additional information.
