Angry Customer Pulls Knife on Liquor Store Clerk After Last Call

PALMER TOWNSHIP, PA – On Sunday, Palmer Township Police responded to an incident at the Giant store on S. 25th St. Caleb Jones was identified as the perpetrator after threatening a store employee with a knife.

Jones, who arrived with a female companion, was informed that alcohol sales had ceased for the night. He then took two Buzz Ball alcoholic drinks, threw money on a rack, and left the store.

Confronted by an employee, Jones brandished a knife and threatened the manager.

Police located Jones in Easton, where he admitted to the incident.

He faces charges including Robbery, Terroristic Threats, Possessing Instruments of a Crime, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Retail Theft. Jones was arraigned with bail set at $10,000.
