Frederick Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Murder Suspect

FREDERICK, MD – The Frederick Police Department (FPD) is requesting public assistance in locating Hakeem Earnest Sampson, a suspect in the first-degree murder of Michael Isaih Olaniyi.

The murder occurred on July 23, 2022, on North Market Street.

Sampson, described as approximately 5’05” and 240lbs, with a last known address in Washington, DC, is evading law enforcement.

FPD Detectives have already charged two individuals in relation to this case, with one awaiting trial.
