Morgan Avenue Station Subway Molester Sought by NYPD

NEW YORK, NY – Authorities are investigating a disturbing incident that occurred on Monday, February 5, 2024, at around 3:42 PM at the Morgan Avenue subway station. A 26-year-old woman reported being assaulted by an unknown male as she was descending a staircase within the station.

According to the victim, the assailant walked past her, reached under her skirt, and inappropriately touched her. The individual then fled deeper into the subway station and has not been located. While the victim did not sustain physical injuries, the search for the suspect is ongoing.

The suspect is described as a male in his 30s with a medium complexion and build. He was last observed wearing an orange knit cap, a dark-colored sweater with white lettering, black pants, and gray sneakers.

Police are urging anyone with information or who may have witnessed the incident to come forward to assist with the investigation.
