PERKASIE, PA – Following an undercover operation targeting online child [censored]ography, Donald Leslie Foster has been arrested in Perkasie.
Between November 2023 and February 2024, over 80 instances of downloading or attempting to download Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) were traced to a computer at Foster’s residence.
The Perkasie Borough Police Department, assisted by Homeland Security Investigations and other local agencies, conducted the investigation.
Foster faces charges including possession and dissemination of child [censored]ography and criminal use of a communication facility.
He was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Stacy Wertman and is currently held at the Bucks County Correction Facility on secured bail.
