COLUMBUS, OH – On last Thursday, Columbus Police officers responded to a shooting report on Stone Ridge Drive. Upon arrival, they found a female victim suffering from a gunshot wound.
She was immediately transported to a hospital in critical condition.
The suspect, identified as 25-year-old John Anthony D’Mier Austin, was apprehended and charged with Felonious Assault.
The Columbus Police are continuing their investigation and encourage anyone with additional information to contact Detective Derdzinski.
