Car Found Submerged in Lake Near Martin County Line Sparks Investigation

Martin County, FL – An early morning report of a car submerged in a lake on Citrus Boulevard near the North County line has led the Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) to launch an investigation into the mysterious incident.

A passerby noticed the vehicle in the water and alerted authorities, prompting the MCSO to deploy divers to search the car. The search concluded with no occupants found inside the vehicle, leaving investigators to ponder whether the incident was the result of an unnoticed crash or if the vehicle was stolen and subsequently dumped in the lake.

The MCSO has committed to providing updates as they work to uncover the circumstances surrounding the submerged vehicle. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.
