Three DC Police Officers Injured in Shooting Incident in Southeast

Washington, DC – Three DC Police officers have been injured in a shooting incident after a suspect fired shots from a residence in the 5000 block of Hanna Place SE. The confrontation led to at least two officers being shot, prompting an immediate response from law enforcement.

The incident happened just moments ago in the nation’s capital.

The incident has escalated into a barricade situation, with the suspect now contained within the home. Authorities are on the scene, working to resolve the standoff and ensure the safety of all involved.
