Towson, MD – Baltimore County Crash Team detectives are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash that occurred on February 13, 2024, at approximately 2:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of Graves Ct., 21222. The incident involved a roll-off truck and 21-year-old Maynor A. Ortega-Garcia.
Ortega-Garcia was attempting to cross in front of the truck as it traveled toward an exit gate at a facility along Graves Court. Despite being transported to an area hospital, he was pronounced deceased. The driver of the truck remained at the scene, and detectives are actively investigating the circumstances of the crash.
