TALLAHASSEE, FL – Bernard Waters, a 63-year-old Milton resident, has claimed a $5 million top prize from the MONOPOLY DOUBLER Scratch-Off game, announced today by the Florida Lottery. Waters chose a one-time, lump-sum payment of $3,994,698.00 for his winnings.

His lucky ticket was purchased at S Food Mart Three, LLC, in Milton, which is now eligible for a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off. The MONOPOLY DOUBLER game boasts over $493 million in cash prizes, including eight $5 million top prizes, offering hopefuls a 1-in-3.02 chance of winning.
