Suffolk County, NY – In a crackdown on illegal street gatherings, Suffolk County Police have arrested an 18-year-old from Oakdale for performing dangerous vehicular stunts in Melville. The arrest came as a result of intensified surveillance by the First Precinct Crime Section officers in response to community complaints.

On Sunday afternoon, officers witnessed a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria performing donuts in front of a crowd, an act classified as unlawful stunt behavior.

The driver, identified as Michael Doner, faces charges including unlawful stunt behavior in a motor vehicle and two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Following his arrest, the Ford Crown Victoria was seized by authorities. Doner was held overnight at the First Precinct and is scheduled for a court appearance at the First District Court in Central Islip on Monday.
