Three Apprehended During Home Burglary in Atlantic City

Atlantic City, NJ – The Atlantic City Police Department has reported the arrest of three individuals caught in the act of burglarizing a local residence.

In the early hours of February 17, at approximately 1:52 AM, officers were dispatched to a home on the 1100 block of Indiana Avenue following reports of an ongoing burglary. Upon arrival, police noted signs of forced entry and quickly secured the area, calling for the suspects to come out. A woman and two men, later identified as Ryshakeda English, Sirjackie Bryant III, and Daniel Mack Jr., surrendered to the authorities and were taken into custody. A hammer, believed to be used in the burglary, was found inside the premises.

Each suspect initially attempted to mislead officers by providing false identities. However, their true identities were soon uncovered, revealing that English and Bryant had outstanding warrants for their arrest. They were charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, obstruction of justice, and hindering apprehension, and were subsequently detained at the Atlantic County Justice Facility. Mack, facing similar charges, was released on a summons awaiting a court date. The police emphasize that these charges are accusations, and the individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
