Theft from Company Vehicle Reported in Queens

Queens, NY – A man’s workday began with a startling discovery, as a thief broke into his company vehicle and made off with valuable items.

Early Monday morning, around 6:00 AM, a 40-year-old male reported that his company vehicle, parked in front of 40-45 Utopia Parkway, had been burglarized. An unidentified individual shattered the passenger side window, stealing the victim’s wallet, cellphone, and company laptop. The stolen items were valued at approximately $1,295. The thief then fled the scene on foot, leaving no trace of their direction.

The suspect is described as a male, about 5’8” tall with a slim build and light complexion. He was notably dressed in a green jacket, black hooded sweatshirt, blue baseball cap, black sweatpants, pink sneakers, and was carrying a black backpack. There were no injuries reported following the incident. Authorities are appealing to the public for any information that could lead to the identification and apprehension of the suspect involved in this theft.
