Wall Township Police Blotter: Here’s What’s Happening

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – The Wall Township Police Department has announced several arrests following various incidents, including shoplifting and driving while intoxicated (DWI).

On Monday, February 12, Andra Martz, 55, of Brick, was arrested for shoplifting at the Shop Rite on State Highway 34, processed, and released on a summons. That same day, Jospeh C. Looman Jr., 62, of Wall Township, was arrested for DWI after a welfare check on State Highway 35 and released per John’s Law.

Further incidents include the arrest of Latishia M. Cosme-Cruz, 27, of New Egypt, on Wednesday, February 14, after a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 34. She was turned over to the Ocean County Sheriff’s Department due to two active warrants and charges of hindering apprehension. On Thursday, February 15, Richard A. Stratton, 61, of Belmar, was arrested for shoplifting at Shop Rite on State Highway 35 and released on a summons.

Over the weekend, Frederick E. LaRoche 5th and Pedro Avila Santiago were arrested for DWI in separate incidents and released in accordance with John’s Law.

The Wall Township Police Department emphasizes that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
