Three New Yorkers Win $50K in Powerball Drawing

NEW YORK – The New York Lottery has announced that three lucky ticket holders have won the third prize in the Powerball drawing on February 19. Each ticket is valued at $50,000, bringing excitement to the winners from Bethpage, Flushing, and Manhattan.

The winning tickets were purchased at the following locations: a 7-Eleven on Stewart Avenue in Bethpage, Norion Super Market on Union Street in Flushing, and Desai Newsstand on East 42nd Street in Manhattan. Each of these establishments sold one of the prize-winning tickets.

Powerball numbers are selected from a pool of 1 to 69, with the red Power Ball drawn from a separate set ranging from 1 to 26. Powerball drawings are held and televised every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
