Prince George’s County, MD – In a significant blow to local drug trafficking, the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Gang Unit and Narcotics Enforcement Division have confiscated approximately 30 kilos of cocaine from a residence in the Lewisdale area. The operation led to the arrest of 37-year-old Willians Quintanilla Beltran, also from Lewisdale, with the street value of the seized drugs estimated to exceed three million dollars.

The arrest and seizure occurred after detectives executed a search warrant at Beltran’s home on W Park Drive. The comprehensive search not only uncovered the massive haul of cocaine but also revealed 25 ounces of cocaine mixed with fentanyl, 37 grams of methamphetamine, and more than $120,000 in cash. This represents a significant disruption to the drug supply chain within the region.

Beltran faces multiple drug-related charges and is currently being held in the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status. This operation’s success was partly due to funding from the Maryland Criminal Intelligence Network (MCIN) grant, highlighting the importance of state-supported initiatives in combating drug trafficking and enhancing community safety.
