Quick Response by Firefighters Prevents Major Damage in Residential Fire

Cherry Hill, NJ – Earlier this afternoon, firefighters were called to a residential area following a fire alarm activation and successfully prevented a minor fire from causing major damage.

Upon arrival, crews observed smoke and found a small fire inside the residence, which they quickly extinguished. The prompt action of the firefighters ensured the fire did not escalate, highlighting the effectiveness of rapid response in emergency situations.

The fire department has issued a reminder to all residents to verify that their homes are equipped with working smoke detectors and to establish a comprehensive emergency plan for their families.
