NYPD Seeking Suspects in Citywide Robbery Spree

New York, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying suspects involved in a series of robberies across the 23rd, 40th, and 41st Precincts.

In the first incident, which took place on Monday, February 5, at 8:35 PM, two unidentified suspects entered a commercial establishment at 839 Prospect Avenue in the 40th Precinct. They simulated having a firearm, stole an unspecified amount of money from the cash register, and fled. The 54-year-old male employee present during the robbery was not injured.

A similar incident occurred in the 23rd Precinct on Thursday, February 8, at 7:10 PM, where two suspects again simulated a firearm to steal money from a cash register at a commercial location at 1964 3rd Avenue.

The 40-year-old male employee was unharmed. Later that day, at 8:29 PM, two suspects attempted a robbery at 1047 East 163 Street in the 41st Precinct, fleeing westbound towards Hoe Avenue without causing any injuries.

Another robbery occurred on Tuesday, February 13, at 7:14 PM in the 40th Precinct at the same location as the first incident. This time, three suspects stole approximately $500 and fled southbound on Prospect Avenue. The 54-year-old male employee was not injured during this incident.
