Evesham Township Police Department Announces Recruitment Drive

EVESHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ — The Evesham Township Police Department is actively seeking to fill the position of full-time Police Officer. The department is inviting applications from individuals who are energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to serving the community. Recognized as an internationally accredited agency, the Evesham Township Police prides itself on its proactive approach to addressing crime, disorder, and quality of life issues, which has fostered a longstanding positive relationship with the community.

The department is structured into Operations and Administrative divisions, encompassing four bureaus: Patrol, Investigative, Support Services, and Training. Candidates will have the opportunity to engage in various specialized assignments including K9 Officers, Bike Patrol, Crime Scene Technicians, ATV Patrol, LEAD, Detective, School Resource Officers, Community Engagement, Humane Law Enforcement Officer, among others. The Evesham Township Police Department offers modern facilities, top-tier equipment, comprehensive training programs, and access to a leading Officer Wellness Program.

The recruitment is open to both PTC certified and non-certified applicants. Non-certified candidates are required to pass a physical assessment test scheduled for April 11.
