Juvenile Arrested for Auto Theft in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND — The Baltimore Police Department reported a successful resolution to an auto theft incident that occurred on February 24. Officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of West Patapsco Avenue around 5:51 p.m., following a report of a stolen vehicle.

The vehicle’s owner reported it missing from where it had been parked. Thanks to a swift broadcast of the stolen vehicle’s description, Southwest District officers located the car, which was found occupied. A traffic stop was executed at the intersection of West Baltimore Street and South Eutaw Street, leading to the arrest of a 15-year-old female.

The suspect was subsequently transported to the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center, marking a prompt response by the police to the theft report.
