Riverton Man Sentenced for Indecent Assault Against Multiple Juveniles

MOUNT HOLLY, NJ — Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw has announced the sentencing of Ian Forrester, a 50-year-old man from Riverton Borough, to 21 years in state prison. Forrester pled guilty to charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault (First Degree) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Second Degree) in August 2023.

The sentence was delivered on February 28 by the Hon. Philip E. Haines, J.S.C., in Superior Court in Mount Holly. Forrester is required to serve the full term of his sentence before he is eligible for release. The sexual assaults, which took place several years ago, involved more than one juvenile victim. Specific details about the crimes and the victims’ ages are not disclosed to protect their identities.
