Two Arrested for Violent Robbery of Baltimore Woman

BALTIMORE, MD — The Baltimore Police Department has reported the arrests of two individuals in connection with an unarmed robbery in the Northwest District. The incident, which occurred on February 23, 2024, in the 2600 block of Garrison Boulevard, involved the assault and robbery of a male and female victim by two unidentified females.

The initial response by officers to the scene revealed that the female victim was physically assaulted.

During the attempt to intervene, the male victim was also assaulted, sustaining a severe injury. He was subsequently transported to an area hospital for treatment, while the female victim declined medical assistance at the scene. The assailants fled after taking the female victim’s purse.

Following an investigation, the suspects were identified, leading to the arrest of a 30-year-old female on March 5, and a 44-year-old female on March 6. Both were charged with robbery and are currently being held at the Central Booking Intake Facility.

Their names were not released at this time.
