Police Investigating Death in Enola, Deemed to be Non-Suspicious

ENOLA, PA – A body was discovered in the 700 block of Shaffer Street in East Pennsboro Township at approximately 5:45 a.m. on March 9, prompting a response from local law enforcement. The East Pennsboro Township Police Department, along with EMS and the Cumberland County Coroner’s Office, were present at the scene to investigate.

Authorities have declared the death in Enola to be non-suspicious, with an autopsy scheduled to take place the following day to determine the cause. Further details regarding the identity of the deceased or the circumstances leading to the discovery have not been disclosed at this time.
