Columbus Police Seek Fugitive Wanted for Shooting into Home During Domestic Incident

COLUMBUS, OH – The Columbus Division of Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Windell Small. Small is wanted on charges of improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation, stemming from a recent incident.

On March 10, police were dispatched to a residence in the 1500 block of N 4th St. following reports of gunfire. The investigation revealed the home had been hit at least once during a domestic violence incident. Authorities are now seeking information to aid in Small’s apprehension.
