EAST ORANGE, NJ — A crash occurred on the Garden State Parkway southbound at Exit 147, Clinton Ave. Despite the incident, all lanes remain open with the vehicles involved moved to the right shoulder. Traffic is backed up about a half mile to Summit Avenue.
