Philadelphia Police Seek Fugitive Wanted for Deadly Shooting on North Dewey Street

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in connection with a homicide that occurred in the early afternoon of March 5. An 88-year-old male was fatally shot multiple times while sitting in his car on the 100 block of North Dewey Street at approximately 1:35 PM.

Authorities have released a description of the suspect, based on video evidence. The individual was observed operating a silver 2018-19 Nissan Altima with dark tinted windows, parking near the scene before walking to commit the crime. The suspect is described as wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt and black long shorts over black tights. The police are urging anyone with information to come forward to help solve this crime.
