Million Dollar Powerball Ticket in New Jersey Sold on Lottery App

TRENTON, NJ – A lucky New Jersey Lottery player hit the $1,000,000 second-tier prize in the Powerball drawing on Saturday, March 16.

The winning ticket, matching five of the five white balls, was purchased at Jackpocket, 355 Warwick Turnpike, Hewitt. The winning numbers were 12, 23, 44, 57, and 61, with the Red Power Ball number being 05 and a Power Play of 2X.

In addition to the million-dollar win, 61,959 New Jersey players won prizes totaling $314,464, ranging from $4 to $200 in the same drawing. The Powerball jackpot has now rolled over to an estimated $645,000,000 for the upcoming draw on Monday, March 18. The Double Play drawing, an additional option for players, had winning numbers of 09, 11, 13, 29, and 69, with a red Double Play Power Ball number of 12.
