Stabbing Incident at NYC Bodega Leaves One Twin Teen Dead, Another Injured

BROOKLYN, NY – An early Sunday morning altercation at a Brooklyn bodega resulted in the death of one teenage girl and the hospitalization of her twin sister. The incident occurred around 2:20 a.m. at Slope Natural Plus on Fourth Avenue in Park Slope.

The victims, 19-year-old twin sisters Samyia and Sanyia Spain, were with friends and relatives at the time of the attack. Reports indicate the stabbing followed unwanted advances from the suspect, which the sisters rejected. This rejection led to a violent response, resulting in Samyia’s death and Sanyia’s stable condition in the hospital.

Police and family members have confirmed the sequence of events leading up to the tragedy. Authorities are currently investigating the incident, seeking further information and the suspect involved in the devastating attack.
