Washington, D.C. – The D.C. Metro Police Department is asking the public for assistance in finding 13-year-old Heaven Holmes-Ramsey, who has been missing since Saturday, March 16.
Heaven was last observed in the 4400 block of Blaine Street, Northeast D.C., at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Heaven is described as a black female, standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 208 pounds. Heaven has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue jean jacket and blue jeans.
