Oscar Mosquera, 44, from New York, NY, Alex Toro-Londono, 48, from Elmhurst, NY, and Dagoberto Vargas-Hernandez, 28, from Corona, NY, were arrested following incidents of shoplifting reported on Saturday evening.

A patrol trooper noticed a white Honda Odyssey tailgating another vehicle on Coastal Highway near Wilkins Road in Milford around 6:39 p.m. The trooper stopped the vehicle and identified the occupants as Mosquera, Toro-Londono, and Vargas-Hernandez.
