New Jersey Karate Academy Owner Sentenced for Criminal Sexual Contact

Raymond Ziesse, 52, of Chester, the owner of Mount Olive Karate Academy in Flanders, has been sentenced for Criminal Sexual Contact.

Ziesse’s indictment in December 2023 stemmed from a sexual relationship with a former adult student with cognitive and developmental disabilities. Allegedly occurring between May and August 2018 at the academy, Ziesse pleaded guilty on February 9, 2024, to one count of fourth-degree Criminal Sexual Contact.

On March 15, 2024, Judge Stephen J. Taylor imposed a two-year probation sentence.
