Shooting Suspect Arrested in Baltimore

Authorities announced on March 21, 2024, the apprehension of 20-year-old Robert Blue by the Warrant Apprehension Task Force and Capital Area Regional Task Force members.

Investigators link Blue to the shooting of a 21-year-old male on March 15, 2024, in the 4600 block of White Avenue.

Following his arrest, Blue was taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility and charged with attempted first-degree murder.

The incident unfolded on March 15, 2024, around 12:27 p.m., when officers on patrol near Belair Road and Arizona Avenue observed a vehicle speeding.

The vehicle pulled over into the 4200 block of Arizona Avenue, where officers found the 21-year-old driver, who reported being shot.

The victim was promptly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of gunshot wounds.
