Do You Know Them? Police Seeking to Identify Two Suspects in 7-Eleven Robbery


SILVER SPRING, MD
– The Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division is seeking public assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a recent robbery at a 7-Eleven store.

On the morning of Sunday, March 17, two male suspects were involved in the robbery of a 7-Eleven located in the 8100 block of Fenton Street. Surveillance footage captured the incident around 10:57 a.m., showing one suspect demanding money from an employee at the cash registers while the other suspect stood by. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, both suspects fled the scene.

The surveillance video provided a clear description of the suspects. The first suspect is a Black male in his early twenties, around 5 feet, 9 inches tall, with a thin build, dressed entirely in black including gloves and a ski mask. The second suspect, also a Black male in his early twenties and approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall with a medium build, was wearing a bright blue and black North Face jacket, dark gray knit hat, dark pants, and white/black/blue shoes.

The police have released the surveillance video to aid in identifying the suspects and are urging anyone with information to come forward to assist with the investigation.
